Within the framework of the efforts of Dubai Municipality's to develop and improve manufacturing of ready-mixed concrete in the Emirate of Dubai

The following definitions are used for words and statements as mentioned unless other definitions are given thru the text:

Decision according to the latest amendments- decision (13) For the year 1996 regarding renting Governmental land for the purpose of establishing workers' housing in Dubai.
