The regulation according to latest amendment – Sharjah courts system fees No. (1) For the year 1971 – the system has been ceased by issuance of federal decree No. (15) For the year 1992 regarding judicial fees in front of federal courts.

Executive council decision No. (17) For the year 2009 regarding the fees of the cases presented before Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Center.

Circular No. (1) for the year 2006 concerning the organizations and the departments that belong to Sharja Government.

Administrative decision No. (1) for the year 2002 regarding composing of a temporal triple committee .

Sharja Courts Fees regulation No (1) for the year 1971 – the regulation seized by issuing the Federation Decree No. (15) for the year 1992 regarding the judiciary fees before the federation Courts.

Emiri Decree No. (11) or the year 1990 that amended the Emiri Decree No. (60/1980) regarding Government Representation in front of Judicial Departments

Law No. (4) For the year 1986 regarding Notary in Sharjah Emirate – it has been stopped by issuing the Union Law No. (22) For the year 1991 regarding Notary – it has been cancelled according to the Article No. (50)of the Union Law No. (4) For the year 2013 regarding regulation of notary profession.

Arbitration Law No. (13) For the year 1990 – it has been stopped by issuance of the Union Law No. (11) For the year 1992 regarding issuance of the Civil Procedures Law.
