Taking into account the provisions of Article No. (54) Of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. (33) Of 2021, both the worker and the employer may submit a labour complaint within 30 days of any breach of their obligations towards the other contained in the work contract or the decree-law regarding the law of labour relations and its regulations executive - referred to - and the decisions issued in implementation of them.

The same definitions set forth in the Decree-Law shall apply to this Resolution, and in exception to that, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to each of them, unless the context requires otherwise.
